Appointments
As a new client
Nagels en Koppen has a waiting list. If you’d like to get on the list, send me a message via Instagram (link) with following information: full name, what treatment you’d like, your availabilities and your phone number. If you’re not quite sure what treatment to choose we can always discuss this via dm or in my salon.
Cancel policy
If you don’t show up on your appointment, I fully charge your chosen treatment. If you are 10 minutes late, there’s no problem and we just continue with the treatment you picked.
If you are however more then 10 minutes late, we have to downsize the appointment. For example: single color + nail art = nail art is no longer possible.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before, there’s no problem as most of the time I can find a new client for your spot. If you cancel less then 24 hours or the day itself, I charge €50.
